Default Why is Driver Figure so Important in Crawlers/Trailtrucks?

I dont self got any Driver figure yet.
I will buy two very soon.

I have found this very important after watching alot pictures by googling
and also videos on Youtube.

These rigs without Driver figure sucks i think

When they have it they look ALOT more real and great.

Seen couple videos today with same rigs, both did have Drive figure in
both first Videos. Second videos without. And it makes me sad watch these
without Drivers Figure.

This is really important i feel now.
You feel the same? Or you dont care?

I need self buy atleast one very fast now.
Then more offcourse.

Or is there any cheap Chinese store that sell them cheap in different sizes and styles? Then i can buy 3-4pc right away .
Buy them All i need in two sizes and looks at one purschase.

I dont want Heros, Military. Fighters/Wrestlers or any fantasy things.
Just random real normal looking human Figures.
Like the one in Picture is Perfect i think. Serious normal looking Figures.

Please link if you know one store.

Yeah i see, i dont understund why no one take this serious and make these.
In china these will be about 1$ each, easy sell 10-13 $
Here is alot money to make.

They could make just 3 different body types. Universal
Then 10-20 different clothes to them universal fit to these 3 bodies
and
10-20 different heads. Universal fit to these.

Sell the body for about 6$
Male or Woman. Body type Medium in beginning
Later do maybe one fat and skinny

Clothes, choose, and choose one head , 1 set 6$

1 figure about 12$ total

1 pair, maybe woman and one man with clothes 20$ both.

Clothes are good, they cover links in Arms ,legs
Let buyers choose Clothes from Casual to Military

Any size info?

What do you guys think about my idea?
Universal style. body, 10-20 different universal clothes that fit them
and Different looking Heads.

I believe there is money to make here.
And because Universal, this is easy to make happen.

Same body fits many different clothes and head must be great idea
And they really dont look Super natural either Ultra details not needed, Medium quality is fine.

Universal Size that fit 1/10 rigs.
Legs can be taken off easy by screws, and just cut the pants with scissors,
for those who want these figures in Desert/Rock Racers.

3D print is not easy either, and paint the fiqures sucks

It's all about the scale appearance.

3d printing figures is easy and personally I have no problems painting them, I rather enjoy it.

This is my latest build, vs410 portal. That's my figures and Interior, all 3d printed and painted.

Clothes looks better paint.

You should make that steering columm to steering wheel maybe 5mm longer, and move the seat forward about 5mm,
to have that figures hand on steering wheel.
Would be awsome.
Dog and lady looks nice.

Have you picture of the whole rig also? Please share

Others who have driver figures, please share you pic here

the 1/6 scale has plenty of choice...there's a fraction of it for 7" figures. RC4WD had some realistic drivers, with clothes . There's also this:https://www.classictvtoys.com/

Also, Neca has realistic 7" figures.

Driver figures creep me out.... I only put them in, and grudgingly, for scale points.

My wife wants me to add a driver to her SCX24 JLU that looks like her . I found this figure but would need to trim her hair a bit . My wife has the “Go Toppless” tire cover on her real JLU so I could get away with not having to paint a shirt .

Making things line up and fit isn't as easy as it sounds. I'm not very skilled with CAD yet.

Here are pics of the full rig.

Last pic is my other 3d printed hard body, interior and figures build. Knightrunner with GKS rear suspension. Photos of interior and such aren't in my phone that's the best pic I have atm.

I don't care for them. They remind me of the movie 'Weekend At Bernies'.

IMO the rigs look better bouncing down the trail with a driver behind the wheel. In real life we wouldn’t see cars traveling down the road without a body behind the wheel. At least not until we reach the Jetson’s timeline!

Wow, awsome looking bodies. Really love the green one.
Very nice color also.

That orange body is nice too. Have you 3d print this self?
Goddamn, nice job. Very nice.
This must took long time? How much cash in filament to this?
It is 1/10 size ?

Impressive

Nice rigs.
Very nice figure in the first one. Awsome

Figure does so much, i will say it is must have.

Crazy thing i have not found any i really like at decent price.

I have found two nice, problem is they ask 65-73 $ plus shipping 12$ each, that sick price
I can pay MAX half these prices.

I need atleast 4 figures.
Need 2 fiqures fast .
To have atleast figures in the two rigs i crawl and trail most with.

Why is this so hard fint at decent fair price?
I dont understand this at all.

I can find wrestlers, bodybuilders, and military cheap.
These are wrong by my taste.
I dont have any Military rig yet.
Just want casual normal figures.
Strange these can not be found at normal decent price 20-35$ each

What color is that oldschool matte blue?
Looks awsome in old style bodies like the power wagon.

Like that alot. Looks very realistic to that age on the old body. Very nice color

I think for any rig where you can see an empty drivers seat, needs a driver.I went a little overboard on my Gladiator. It started with finding a Johnny Lawrence head lol. Then it took on a whole Karate kid Vibe lol
