Default Making a clod body longer

Did a search and wasn't able to find anything. Does anyone know if it's been done already? I'm talking about making something like a supercab by using 2 bodies. Think it's a direction I'm going to go

Maybe I'll chop the top and shave the door handles? fill in the hood? make a custom scoop? maybe like a 427 cobra jet? something like that? Forget about making it longer just make it cooler street rod musclecarish?? Yeah maybe something like that. I got a NIB full body set from ebay for 36.99 plus shippping. Now all I have to do is get the body in my hands and I can go to work. I'm an old module builder so a hard body is the way to go for me. I can do a lot with it. I'll have to post as I get to work. I'm hoping to start next week on Wed night for a few hours.

That is nice! I started on a scale truck, but couldn't finish it. I realized that after that much work, I wouldn't be able to bring myself to use it. I hate having a Shelf Queen.

Oh I'm going to use mine. I'm just not going for a scaler right now. i'm building a tuber. So I'll make a cage around the body to protect it. nice job on that one.. Flares look real nice..

1BJB - That body is awesome. Been using it as inspiration for the cowl hood I'm trying to build.

Is the extension of the bed all done ahead of the wheel wells?

What was used to do the flares?

Thanks!

yes it was extended in front of the rear wheel well by 3/4 of an inch. the flares are molded from filler. The person glue styrene around the inside of the well and built it up from there.

Here are a few that I have done. I also have another crewcab clod in process wich may be up for sale soon.

Before I sprayed the graphics

And after.

And one more next to a stocker.

My jugg with matching bike. This one is a work in progress. I just got a chassis for it now I need some axles and I am good to go. The body here is just sitting on a bulu2 chassis.
