The Bronco is very close...it's just about 12". I built mine based on the Bronco body and then sold it to buy the Bushwacker. The Bushwacker is only about 11.5" so don't try it. I ended up getting the Rubicon also just because it has nice big fenderwells to stuff into. I couldn't bear to hack up my Bushwacker body...I'd rather sell it first! It's amazing how much 1/2" difference makes! With these little rigs it can be the difference in chopping a nice body to bits or showing it in all it's glory! Just for comparison... Bushwacker on a 12" WB Chassis: Bronco body (sold to MR. Maxx) on the same chassis: AND, the same chassis with the Rubicon: |

In case you are not familiar, they are referred to as 2.2s for 2.2" rims. I am running the Stampede front rims all the way around. They have less backspacing which gives you more width. The rears have a lot more backspacing. |

XLs are a bigger tire meant for bigger wheels that have a bigger hex. 40 series wheels I think... do some reading through the tire sizing sticky in the Wheels/Tires forum.

The Moabs and the Moab XL are both made for 40 series wheels. But the Moab XL is just a little bit bigger then the Moab. Krystopher |

| I use the HPI Bronco body on my 2.2" comp crawler (12.5" WB). I trim the fender flares off and open the back of the rear wheel openings a little, then it fits the WB perfectly. ;) |
