There is some pictures of someone using that body on this website. Wait for it to come around in the slide show. http://mnrcrockcrawlers.com/default.aspx |

I've got it for my truck, which is still being built, it's got a lot of plastic and is probably going to need to lose the bumpers and wheel wells or things are going to hit. The bus on that previous post lost the front bumpers and wells, and was narrowed in the back, which kind of takes away from the look, but I guess that's what it took.

Just working on mine some more though, and it's not a project for a beginning painter (like me!). There is a LOT of detail on this body that either needs to be meticulously masked or brush painted in first before the yellow (I'm going traditional) is sprayed on, and there isn't a lot of room inside for the paint brush. Plus, I'm a little disappointed by the precut window masks, there are 21 (?!?) windows on this body, and several of the masks are cut either too small or too big. Not that I'm going to enter any concours contests anyway, but I'd hope for better from a big company like Parma. Oh well. |
