Default Drab on hardbodies?

I've got a G55 in my hands, and being an airbrush artist usually just paint the bodies using the brush then clearcoat, but considering that I'm aiming for a flat drab green, so clearcoats aren't an option.

I'm doubting that Tamiya rattle cans won't scratch off, so I'm likely going to get some Krylon camo series and use that.

What is the most common paint for drab hardbodies?

Thanks,
Torque

THE krylon fusion camo OD is AMAZING that stuff is insanily durably. ask anyone about the abuse my g/f put my clod bodied scaler threw. rolled down many a rock hill. bouncing and tubling over and over, not one spot went threw the paint.

I didn't scuff it up or anything, just sprayed on some rattle can enamel and it held up ok. I was dragging it across the rocks afterall.

As you can see she took some paint damage on the roof, sides....... well, pretty much everywhere. Pretty much just one days running in a comp.

Sounds better than lexan on the rocks though.

Thanks to SVEN for these great pics.
