Mna I wish i could find something for ya. A couple of years ago and I would of had 10 for you, it seems once the Crawlers started taking off they all sold out! Some guy in the U.K. was selling them. Anyways this seems to be all I can find. Not quite a Suzuki, but they look cool enough. Older bronco body http://cgi.ebay.com/HPI-1973-Ford-Br...QQcmdZViewItem Older land rover body http://cgi.ebay.com/HPI-Land-Rover-D...QQcmdZViewItem little red wagon http://cgi.ebay.com/Little-Red-Wagon...QQcmdZViewItem Anyways, thats all I could find. hell. i couldnt even find any Samuri toys, the closest I found is 1/24th scale models. But I believe it was Bolink that made the Samuri, so keep an eye out on ebay if none of these above mentioned shells dont work for ya. I think that land rover one is pretty close! |

Funny, my last 2 1:1 builds were a 68 scout 800 and a 88 zuk. both would out wheel ANYTHING. 'cept in the mud in the scout. damn thing sunk like a rock.... If ya haven't had a zuk, you've got no idea.... +1 on the zuk body!!

they might end up looking like tubers but there still sami's! I mean heck alot of heep guys put chevy everything under them and they still call them jeeps, so whats the difference. atleast most sami's are still zuki powered. I would buy at least 2 of those bodies off you end up making them. I own 3 sami's and will never own another 4x4 for a trail rig! Last edited by bigflex; 04-03-2008 at 09:06 PM. | |

| I agree with this part. Most do end up losing everything but the hood and the windshield frame if they are lucky. I'd love to see a Sami body, but I think they are too small to be... "sellable" and if they were scaled up to size, they'd look goofy.

The only reason why it ends up a hood/grill combo is because were out smashing our trucks around crumpling up the body every weekend instead of being under a Jeep every weekend fixing blown ujoints. Eventually the sawzall will be busted out to "trim" up that sharp piece of metal hear and there. What you do to one side you do to the other Suzuki body would be dope (+2 if someone makes them) |

Way back in the day I had an affair with a girl that had a little Blue Sami... I wasn't into the scene back then, but she had this thing all decked out. 100" wheelbase, 4-link front and rear, I think Yota axles, dual transfer cases, I think a 6-point rollcage and a full exo. We used to go out into these totally remote areas and...

if they ever do get made, hopefully the wheelbase will be at least 12", so the body won't get cut up

IDIOT!!!! Samurais aren't popular......BS I'm not a Wheeler, but I'm a hardcore gearhead. I've got a pavement pounding Chev truck. Even I know the Zukis are an awesome trail rig. Everyone had one years back This dude up the road has one or used to have one on like 36's. That thing was amazing. I would scoop up a Samurai body definately.
