My wife makes it "South" more often than I do...and she is not very adventerous at all with her eatting. She is actually going to Atlanta at the end of September, and the company that is bringing her down there is having a big "cook-out" of all kinds of wild game that they hunted/prepared fresh down there. She is actually scared that she will not be able to eat. I wish that I could be there to witness it. I will eat most any critter...and will try any food just to give it a go. But she is so very picky. She manages projects for 700 company locations...and cannot afford to offend the company that she is visiting....so she better eat up!!

Will do! She'd better not head to Mexico then....and if she does, stay away from most "soups" and anything with the word "lingua" in it. They are both damned good....until you remember what's in them. | |

Does it have to be live? Because they're easy to catch if you run them over first.

From my understanding, Matt will not be joining us this year to make sure we have all the food we need. So, I called the Weiss Lake Lodge and asked if there were any food trucks in the area. I was told that there are going to work on have something for us to eat. I'll know more info tomorrow. As soon as I get the info I'll post up what I found out.
