TEAM DEBEAD on the Road Again

Sorry for not answering some of those questions earlier, pretty tough trying to take pics and post right away. And right after it was over, we had to get driving back home - just finished unpacking. It got pretty chilly when the worst of the rain was falling. The rain let up around the 4th driver, just light sprinkles, but the rock stayed plenty slick for everybody. When the rain did stop, it warmed up and the humidity made it pretty uncomfortable. The finals course was TOUGH, with a lot of tough climbs and opportunities for the trucks to go a tumblin'. Two of the drivers made it through gate 14, but couldn't make 15, nice work Tom Havel and John Hall.
We're so incredibly happy for Joel, knowing how hard he's worked for this championship - time to take a break and celebrate!
It was so awesome to see everyone again and continue to meet new friends. I hope everyone travels safely and gets home to work on their rigs for next year
