Guys I know it's temping to hurry and book your hotel, but hold off until Turtle posts the official hotel. It's really a lot more fun when everyone all stays together so we can screw around all night.

FYI The host hotel from lastyear is now closed or we'd be there again.

Anybody have an idea when it should be buttoned up on Sunday. I was looking at flights home and don't want to miss anything, but really need to be home for work on Monday.

We are shooting for a 3pm-4pm finish time, however you know how things go, if anything isn't perfect throughout the day that'll get pushed back.

To be safe with the airport being 1 hour away, and you needing to be there 2 hours early, I wouldn't book a flight before like 9pm

Like I said we plan on finishing earlier than that, I'd just hate to have you miss a flight or have to leave the comp early.

Hell worse case we finishi early and all have to hang out the rest of the day bashing our rigs.

We shall see about that. So many things can happen on any given day. I will say this though, the Super and the mini have been worked over and tuned. They are 3x's the cars they where at ECC, and the 2.2 well its as good as it was. Im ready and u can bet that my cars will be more than ready. I just hope the entries fill up, they are a little on the short side at the moment.

I'm sure it will, I could be wrong but I don't think the tickets are available to the Crawlerado peeps yet. I was at a local comp today and there are alot that are waiting to buy their tickets still.

The biggest issue we are experiencing is certain hotels want us to pay 25% deposit on the rooms held and put liability of the rooms on me. Im not willing to do that so it is taking a hair longer.
Last year we lucked out and the second hotel I talked to was willing to work with us, Im on hotel number 3, 4, and 5 now.

I have heard several prospects, but they seem to take their sweet time getting back to me. I will be going into the 3 current prospects this week and getting down to brass tacks. Hell or high water it will be taken care of this week.
