So the trip west started fine, no issues. Then most of the way across Nebraska, the carrier bearing on my ML disintegrated,[rant on] rental car company's in po-dunk Kearney won't rent to an out if state license, without major CC, Visa/Master debits don't count, and the autoshop can't get the part to fix it until Friday morning! Looks like I am stuck, will miss the sporty comp, and will get in LATE Friday night....sigh... [Rant off] |

Yeah, did it plenty of times in the K5 too...it's frustrating. I think I am gonna trade it in on a new Raptor...just not today! lol

I would avoid the Raptor's 11 mpg on a 4000 mile round trip. And don't think about a Tundra either unless 10 mpg in town is your goal. | |
