| Northeast National Qualifier Calling all drivers from the Great Northeast. The time has arrived, we now have a qualifier that is closer to home. EPARCC is proud to be hosting it at Rausch Creek Offroad Park here in PA. The owners of the park have given us the entire park to use for the Qualifier. If you were able to come out to the Rausch Creek RCrocs series you know how awesome it will be to have it all. Please mark your calendars. It is Fathers Day weekend June 14,15,16th. It's good to be a father. Last edited by Jslick; 01-10-2013 at 09:05 PM. |

| Re: Northeast National Qualifier We will have use of the pavilion, this will be home base for the scoring, tec. and repairs. It also has power for whatever we need. All of the natural rock is a conglomerate type of rock with tons of grip and slip if you are not careful. The man made courses they drive the 1:1 on is a combo of natural rock and concrete that has been designed to challenge the big boys. Some of it has been left rough with insane grip and some has been smoothed almost like glass. The pictures above are just a fraction of what we will have available to us. All I can really say is that pictures don't do it justice, it is difficult to get size perspective from the pics. |

Dam is it time for the first comp yet! Oh, an that 7th pic down... Magnifico! Makes me want to get it ready for the sportsman class! Last edited by winnerone23; 01-14-2013 at 10:30 PM. |

Glad to report things coming along nicely. Logo and t-shirts are in the works. Looking into food vendors for the weekend. Prices will be posted soon and Eventbtite will be up and running to order tickets. I am really looking forward to giving drivers in the Northeast a great place to comp and qualify for Nationals. Yes, it's great terrain to run on. Most of the "Sprayed concrete" is super grippy, you may almost be able to climb it with just rims, no tires! Then there's the "smooth bit" where we all tried the "vertical bonus climb"! The natural stuff is great in most spots for traction, a few smoother spots to make it interesting. Plenty of places to make courses with a great mix of lines available. If you can't find a spot to make a course, you probably shouldn't be building them. Looking good John. |
