Re: Slash 4x4 Rally Conversion Great idea on the tire grooving. App, just saw your new post. I might groove my new set that I have coming in this week. I have really liked the "Stock" DRX "soft" tires for all around use. The rubber does go quickly on harder surfaces though. I ordered another set of softs for the new body I have coming. My original tires are still about 50% good. |
Re: Slash 4x4 Rally Conversion Ha, I was bobbin my head to that video. Nice soundtrack "thumbsup". Good to see none of the tread was damaged. Time for some siping on my set. |
Re: Slash 4x4 Rally Conversion wish i saw this before i bought a drx =p sweet build"thumbsup" |

Re: Slash 4x4 Rally Conversion Matgyver, What about converting a traxxas stampede 4x4 vxl into a rally car. Jang over at URC did jut that, though I'm wondering what I would have to do to the suspension for better handling. Cheers, T |
Re: Slash 4x4 Rally Conversion i see Jang has posted the he had thought of using bandit rears a arms as they are shorter then the slash ones, i wonder if that would eliminate the need to cut down the stock arms ? |

Re: Slash 4x4 Rally Conversion Where could I get the Subaru Hatchback body for a traxas slash 1/10th scale? |
Re: Slash 4x4 Rally Conversion This might be the way to go for my 2wd slash that is sitting and collecting dust Nice build. Cheers, Wade |
Re: Slash 4x4 Rally Conversion Has anyone else done this conversion? Would stock traxxas rally wheels work with the DRX body? I read elsewhere that rear bandit arms all around will work? |
