Someone asked me if there is a limit on tire weight. I didn't think there was but figured I'd ask. |

Everyone... If your worried about your body not within the guidelines, just bring another body for backup. And remeber ... if you want to push the limits you may get screwed and there are no hobby shops in moab to buy a different body. NaZ-T... I kind of like the idea of a tire weight limit. OR ... even a crawler weight minimum (like the big boys). |

We haven't figured out how to enforce a rule that's already in place and y'all are wanting to add more rules!?!? I think if a guy wants to add a pound of weight to each of his tires he should be allowed to do so. He's only screwing himself.... when his pig won't pull itself up a rock! | |

I don't want to add any rules. Someone asked if they had a limit on tire weight at the nationals and I wasn't sure so I wanted to double check. Yes I agree if they want to run a pound of weight let 'em. So as far as the nationals are concerned there is NO limit on tire weight, right????? Last edited by NaZ-T; 07-28-2006 at 04:59 PM. |

There's no tire weight rule. I suggest people go with round concrete slugs. |

| reading the intent of the rules, none of these bodies would pass the 70% rule. and 70% is of surface area not weight. |
