First of all I would like to thank rocky and everyone involved in designing and engineering the entire line of AKRCC chassis, from mini all the way to super. I have been runnin the 2.2 ARES with much success. I have been wanting to do a BULLY 2.2 build so what better way to do this than to do it with the 2.2 DEIMOS. Upper Links: front- 96.5mm / rear 122mm
Lower Links: front- 132mm / rear 136.5mm
Axles: RC4WD BULLYS V.1 with V.2 internals
Motors: Integy 45T
Pinions: stock
Radio: Spectrum DX3R

This is one of the BEST DEIMOS set ups Ive ever seen. Those pictures DO NOT do this rig any justice. I love it Matt, great job on it. I like how your pushing those venom links aswell. I like the little mod you did on the skid aswell. ;) This baby looks super planted and its gonna give everyone a run for there money next comp! Keep us updated! Mind sharing your foam set up?

So I have made a few changes on this rig and she seems to be doing great. I raised the belly clearence up to 3 1/4" and got a little more articulation out of her. I will most likely be runnin this rig in our next comp cause it's clearin all obstacles with no problems. Heres a couple of vids.http://s393.photobucket.com/albums/p...8_08090004.flv

Yes those are stock venom links. They clear the case by about a 32nd of an inch and are holding up nicely. Thank you for the feedback.

I agree with everyone else, looks like a great and capable rig. The truck is very quiet running. Its like its set on whisper mode. No high pitch ESC or servos, and you can barely hear the gears, just a slight brrrrr from the motors. I dont know why, but I like that.

This thing took 1st place at our comp this last weekend. Beat out a new Losi and a Berg, in that order. Good job, Matt!
