I was just drooling over the machine work on that chassis the other day and wondering how it would work on bully's. Subscribed

this i punk im over at my buddys shop working on the crawler. so far weve got the rig mocked up. working on links now. and got my new body painted and im veryimpressed one of my nicest thus far. the vanquish chassis is top notch but i may have a problem with the skid it seems to put the bottom links at a strange angle and i may end up hacking up the stock skid to make it work but it should be kick ass ither way way to go vanquish kevins getting his camera so pictures will soon follow im guessing

If you are getting too much height out of them, you can always pull the shock shaft and insert a bit of fuel tubing (0.5") around the shaft, below the piston.....that should limit their droop to 3.5"...which will limit your height....

You can also lay the shocks down more than you are used to. No TT to fight

if i limit the shocks i only have a 1/4 of an inch of the shock shaft exposed if that and was worried that this would not be enough i planned on trying to limit them tonight but im also checking other options. and i did try to lay them back but the only problem is they did not flex at all where i got them to lay back at full heigh ill try to limit them and lay them back to gain a little bit of articulation. this vanquish chassis is just a little shorter them im used to runnign i guess. other then that im supper happy. the links worked out well with just a small bend in the delrin. i did have to take off the massive clear covers on the axles but i made some lexan ones from the leftover lexan from my new awsome proline body! ill take a camera out to my buddys shop tonight and snap pictures for you guys hopefully i have a runner tonight!

Vanquish chassis is a work of art

Electronics try nice and tidy

five minutes of driving and 2 servo horns broken later total buzzz kill! will be going to go get an alum one tomarrow!

again i would liek to thank mike from hobbytown concord without his help this wouldnt have come along so nicely. also would liek to thank vanquish for putting out such an awsome chassis and giving me something new to try and hopefully an edge in my future comps and also proline for making a body which really doesnt need to be trimmed this thing is sweet! ill post up some action shots once i get a working servo horn

Looks like it is going very good. The losi shocks Are nice just keep trying differenT setups. Also you will love the punk dig unit. Looks like you got a super nice start to a great running rig.

Thanks for all the kind words James! Looks good.

Post a couple more off body shots a little farther back so we can get a good look at the profile.

Aside from the lack of stickers and no horn (my fault...should have remembered that for you) ...how's she run?
