Default landtortise89's finally got smart build

Well after trying to go full comp on a redcat rs10 and failing miserably
I took the plunge sold my ruslter and bought a set of bully's.

anyway here's the specs

rc4wd bully axles V4's direct from rc4wd
eem sng V1 chassis (thanks sng)
home made skid (thanks SNG)
used eem sng steering kit (thanks SNG)
cs170 (thanks tctz28 )
integy 35T lathe's (thanks Idnewcrwlr)
used Sidewinder ESC (thanks SNG)
CC BEC
SNG home built delrin links(thanks SNG)
rc4wd rocker dig
Lightly used Black rc4wd super narrows(thanks Idnewcrwlr)
white rovers
custom foams
1500 mah 3s mystery packs
proline bug body/Grappler body
DX3e

A big thanks to SNG for puttin this all together, cutting me killer deals on all the used parts, and convincing me that my redcat sucked even on 3s. Thanks to IDnewcrawlin for the good deal on the motors and wheels. and thanks in advance for the comments. I can't wait to get it done and get it on the rocks.

pics to come later.

damn lloyd you work fast. I didn't expect pics so fast. so did you reuse the links from the redpuss? and i guess i'll be running droop in the front and sprung in the rear how's the flex? oh and did you reuse the skid that was on it before?

Yeah Im running low on extra stuff so I reused those parts. And not droop, just internal sprung on the front.

Here she is, got every thing buttoned up tonight.

The rc4wd dig seems to work pretty good. It seems loud to me though, just something that I noticed. With the tq3 antenna down so it would glitch, it kept clicking the dig but no biggy, pulled out the antenna. Definatly need to go 2.4 though imo.

Id just start off light, maybe 2oz per front wheel and that should be good, its already close to enough weight forward so you just need alittle bit.

well i took delivery of my rig from SNG on friday and after the weekend i gotta say it's f'in awesome. i haven't found anything it can't or won't do. just amazing.

Well while having some full throttle fun in the front yard at my parents I ended up trashing my bug body. and you can't find them locally so i bought and painted a grappler.

heres some pics

decided that it did need some extra wieght in the front wheels so i added 2 oz to each wieght sits right around 6lbs 14oz with wieghted wheels
