i use servos which have 180oz/in of torque for my rigs .... disadvantage is that it doesnt have that much torque and will bind most of the time ..... positive side is that you get to learn to choose your lines carefully and learn to drive with finess .... but thats just me ... a lot of people here usually use the 300oz/in servos and that would be the most suitable servo to get for a bully .... i'd get me either the Hitec 7950 or 7955 or the JR9711 .... and yes the more the torque .... the better |

Hello, i run the 5955 at 7.4V without any issues in my Bully and two 7954's at 7.4V in my Super Bully. Both servos's are great for the price. The 7950 might be better, but pricier. What also helps to gain more torque is to keep the servo arm as short as possible (running 15mm ~ 0.6" at the 5955). Greetings Frank |
