Default Connecting or disconnecting battery with body on.

Anyone have a trick to connecting the battery to the esc while the body is on? I can't get my hands in there to do anything.
I don't want to have to remove the body everytime I shut it off.
If anyone has a easy way, I'm all ears...Thanks

Some guys are cutting a hole in the bed and putting the battery in there, others are making a tool box to hide the battery in the bed, and some are using velcro/magnets to attach the body.

I have good experinces with using rare earth magnets to keep my jeep body on my honcho, but it should be mentioned that i allso use the floore pan from proline witch allso aid in keepind the body in place.

Cut down the front 2 body posts put on a little rubber hose in witch i then put 2 magnets ( aprox 4 x 15 mm round ) and then glued in 2 metal strips under the hood over the magnets.

in the rear i glued 2 simmilar magnets in the bed pan where the body allso is, and then like the front i glued in 2 metal strips on the body oposing the 2 magnets.

still works like a charm but will launch body shell and possibel the battery if rolled severly

I'm also looking for a way to mount my body so as not to have to remove it each time to change the battery. I may try your method, thanks.

Also, I just watched your video, those are very bright lights, nice job.

I decided to put extensions on my battery and esc, I removed the rx box to the rear and it makes it easier to pull out the wires and tuck it back in.
Thanks to all for sharing.
