Default Rivas concepts Trail Finder 2

2 days after being in stock and its at my door..! (thanks Rpp hobby) First time I seen this truck online it made me think of my first car, 1983 Toyota Sr5 truck. It was stock, after attending an easter jeep safari in moab utah I was hooked on rock crawling. So the Sr5 was built to take on rocks but still look good. This will be my build. (Ill post better pics of my 1:1 when I have time)

http://

My truck had the white Sr5 stripes that I removed and this was end result.

So update on this, well I have been really slacking on this build. Nice weather here in vegas and I go out and play. Here are some pics of it so far, I strayed from my 1:1... I still have lots of detail work, rear window, interior and electronics. Here is yet ANOTHER blue toyota...

Yea when I bought my 1:1 it had the white stripes and the white wheels stock. So to me these titus just look like they belong.

So I slacked on this entire truck and running it stock as can be excepte wheels and tires. I broke the rear drive line today in low range just popping the throttle. But I am amazed how well it does. Some video if you havent seen any of this truck. Also has Erbings Tf2,built very scale compared to mine.

Great job havent seen them side by side yet but for a leafed rig, out of the box ,to run with a scx 10 someone has obviously done something to impresses me.

Oh yeah, a TF2 needs to be in the quiver now. Dear Santa...
Still looking for a 4th gen 4Runner body to match my 1:1 though.

Well I was thinking it looks scale and might be delicate, but its a sweet start for a class 1. I was wrong. I did change wheels n tires but the rest is all Rc4wd. It doesvery well, if you dont mind scratches it attacks all you throw at it lol. Gives true scale performance. The 2 speed tranny is a nice feature. Ill showcase that in the next video comparison I have in the works.
