| Shackle question
I know this is a stupid question but does the dimple face in towards the spring or out away from the spring?

Thanks that's what I was thinking as well so that's how I put them, every pic I looked at I wasn't able to zoom in close enough to tell.

I have run them both ways and it did not affect anything either way. It may seem if it was tighter fit without the slop then they lilit movement when mounted "dimples inward". But there is enough play that they flex away from the frame, etc when cycling in their range of movement.

I agree with Mark (Rook) but I always put the dumple facing inwards in hopes it would be juuuuuust enough to stop the shackle from inverting. Since Longer shackles prevent the inverted shackle/stuck down dealio, I made another set of these today for my TF2. Now for some bigger tires ;) |
