hi! I'm a proud owner of scx10 with hilux body but I'm in love the looks of the TF2 because of the leaf springs and the differentials, they are more realistic compared to scx10. anyone can help me? I want to build one but I want scx10 transmission on it because its cheaper. I can find a TF2 frame that I can afford. what differentials should I get that I can easily install the leaf springs? how do I install the scx10 transmission on the TF2 frame? any help is very much appreciated

Sounds like you want to build Frankenstein which could be fun but may require lots of effort.

if you're going with the tf2 frame, then just run yota axles. You can find them for sale on many sites for about $60 each.

Just make sure the leafs you get work with the frame and axles.

Mounting the transmission is probably going to be your biggest hurdle. Best option is if someone sells these mounts already made. Otherwise it shouldn't be too difficult to make one.

On another note, this isn't addressing your exact question, but if it were me, I'd just buy a new TF2 kit and have it all work as designed.
