Default Tire upgrade

Hey guys I'm looking to upgrade my 1.55 stock tires to a little bit bigger 1.55's I don't like the Baja claws because they seem to big. Any recommendations for 1.55 tires?

I love my Rock Stompers. They look awesome and perform really well!

There are several excellent options depending on how big you're willing to go and what look you want. The new 1.55 Scramblers are a little taller (3.84" vs 3.67" OD), a lot wider (1.69" vs 1.39"), and use the stickier X2SS compound. Overall, they perform great. The 1.55 Pit Bull Growlers are even taller (4.19") and also perform great in either Alien Compound or Komp Kompound. If you want a more scale look, the 1.55 Fun Countries are another good option (3.74" OD and X2SS compound). If you're not in a hurry, the 1.55 Rock Beasts (3.85") will also be available soon and should be one of the best performers in this class once they come out.

Thanks guys. I have placed an order for the 1.55 rock stompers. Once the rock beasts come out I'll probably buy those because I love the way they look

I upgraded to 1.55 Mud Slingers and have been very happy. At 4.12" they're towards the taller end of Class 1, but IMO don't look as goofy as Growlers and some of the others in that range.

Don't let the name and swamper tread mislead you; it's a great all around tire. Pulled the LWB up some impressively steep rock faces at a recent scale adventure.
