Rob saw the video today and was stoked, that sammy is unbelievable.
Thanks, the battery is still on the frame behind the front shock hoops. And John, that pully you made is the shiznit! Fits in there perfectly, alot cleaner than the junky thing I slapped together.

What's cool about this system is that the bec is on board the speed control, so it gives me a little more real estate.
I'm glad Rob liked the vid, that really is a well thought-out little rig.

I was just wondering why you have your tires mounted backwards?

And the ESC where'd you it? Everywhere I look is outta stock and my LHS doesn't carry them
Because I'm running 2s lipo and it sucks I miss the 3s lipo power because my ESC can only handle 2s
It gives a little more grip, plus i saw a few mounted backwards on 1:1 in Tuff Truck. I think I'm legal
Got the combo off the Holmes Hobby website: Holmes Hobbies LLC / Holmes Bikes

all be d@mn i checked a couple days ago and it wouldn't even let me add it too my cart because they were outta stock. they musta made some more

ya about the tires. i actually have those on the rear of my truck(and i love them. got them both for 24 bucks and i have 35x12.5R15's too) ya but in the comps (i do a lot of real off roading too more then anything) or most off roaders they put the front ones normal and the rear reversed so if they get stuck the rear end has better tracion. and they are Directional tires
but i dont know about the RC version because i've never tried them but they look cool!!!!!

If your not actually sitting in the seat driving the vehicle on the street in a 1:1 situation at higher speeds and turning.... it doesn't matter because its an RC car... the only thing that may happen is a slight crab walk when turning in the dirt..

The direction really only applies to 1:1 or RC cars that go fast. Your buddys tires on his 1:1 are like that so it can still be driven on the street for the most part. A lot of guys that trailer there rigs will have them all flipped..

My daughter test drove her Wraith. She likes the lights and wheelies. She said she needs to practice before the B-Bash because it flips a little easily. Time for her to practice a little trigger control.

You should gear it down for her. It's too fast out of the box for any crawling or control. The gear ratio they included is just for bashing IMOP

Good idea. I wasn't even thinking about that. I was just gonna have her run it stock, but I think I will drop some teeth on the pinion and maybe even add some weight to the front.

It was, young G6'er, but the t-shirt reads as follows;

Front.....What is a RECON G6 Challenge?

Back....What ever Parker wants it to be!

Once you run an "Erzberg" Stage in the G6, you will understand. Besides, the Wraith/2.2 Training Wheel Class are going to LOVE Spice Island.
