Default REDCAT RS10 clone - need your help

Hi all, my name is Roland and I come from Europe / Austria.
Since this week I have a new crawler, called JP Rock Crawler 1/10
and is sold in germany from a company called J. Perkins. For me,
it looks like it's the same as the REDCAT RS10 - but please
have a look at your own (also on the detail photos)...

Now the two motors are 370/380 types, and looks like they have much
power, but I think the torque is too less... because when you go very
slow, most of the time the back tyres stand still while the front ones are
spinning... I've made a short video, please have a look:

I have one ESC with four connectors, meas 2 for each motor.
What can I change, to solve this problem? Have you got the same
problems with the REDCAT RS10?

I've tried to read a lot of the other threads here in this forum, but I
didn't find the answer until now.

Hope you can give me a little tip...

all the best,
Roland
