| Horible Customer Service
I gave my son an RS10 for his B Day. After 2 hours total run time indoors, both servos and reciever are toast. I replaced the servos with MG 645's but the reciever also seams to be toast. Sent all parts back to RC a couple weeks ago. Since initial communication I can't get an update or any response from them. My son has not been able to use his vehicle since Feb. 27th and said to me today that he's ready to smash it with a hammer! I looked forward to bashing with my son but after this experiance I'll never buy another RedCat product. |

WOW, I to am sorry to hear this! This is far from any service I have ever heard of from RedCat. Please, email me or PM me your info, including where you perchased the RS10 from. I usually talk to Darin the owner at least once a day. I WILL make sure we get this take care of! Any customer of RedCats is a customer of mine and we need to make sure your son gets taken care of ASAP! -Jason |

Thank you Dan. Appreciate it. I'll admit frustration got the better of my typing hand when I wrote the original post. My son couldn't wait to get his own crawler and if you have kids you understand. Actually my first contact went well. Billy at red cat was responsive, but after that I don't know what happened. Can't seem to get an update. Since this started out negative I'll mention a few things I am impressed with. For the money theres propably not a better RTR crawler. I was surprised how capable it was. I'll be in touch Dan. Thanks again. | |
