Cool Wing Removal I Fabbed Up This Afternoon

Hey guys, just thought I'd show my wing removal I fabbed up this afternoon. I even reused parts of the wings to get mounts made up. Just thought I'd share to get some feedback. I know it's not near as strong as the zno kit or metal, but or my bashing/fun it should be fine. It really helped eliminate all that unneeded flex and clearance is at 3.5" now. Here's some pics:

Just let me know what ya think

Nice use of the material you already had. Hopefully it'll hold up well for ya.

Making those pieces out of plastic will work for a while but you will break both of them, I promise. Its best to go ahead and make them out of aluminum or other metal so when you do break them you can replace them as they go. You would be very surprised how much force is applied to those pieces

Yes, that's true. I'm in the process of tracking down some metal to use for replacements right now. Just thought I'd have a little fun in my free time (aka no homework for summer classes )

Look's great to me, however I'ma noob...

Do you think 18-20ga sheet metal might work? Or alum about the same thickness? Fairly thin but still rigid.

I'd say that gauge sheet metal would be too thin and flexible.
