Default A contender?

I stumbled across this today just poking around the interwebs.

1/10 Scale Exceed RC Mad Crawler 4WD RTR Remote Control Truck

540's out of the box?

For $124 RTR?

I'm committed to my RS10, but dang this is tempting for the budget minded tinkerer.

kinda looks like it has some long c-hubs on it too, that would be a plus........this price has come down form what it was a few months ago.

watch one crawl on youtube. You will see the thing wigglin' and shakin' all over the place. Theres even a vid of an RS10 crawlin' with an Exceed Mad Crawler 1/8th. The Redcat looked like a freakin' pro next to the Exceed. Just sharing my comparisons with ya... And you are correct, the price is appealing! Tell us when you order one! :-)

That's only a few bucks cheaper than the RS10. As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't compare.

To me it seems like the axles are way to wide. in the video's the pumpkins are getting hung up on the rocks left and right. That may just be a driver error though. for the price however it may be worth it to see what it's capable of after some time on the work bench under the knife.

tires are shorter then the RS10, and the RS10 has the high clearance pumpkin, my most favorite feature of these axles.
