Default Steering issues need info

We recently purchased a sound box for my daughters redcat everest gen 7 pro. It was installed and now it'll go forward and backwards but the steering doesn't work at all. Any one have ideas of how to fix this issue where to get info for the issue??

Did the steering work fine before? When you installed this sound box did you possibly unplug the steering servo?

A picture of the wiring would help as we dont have much to go on with your description.

Sounds like you may have broke the servo plugs. I would plug another servo in and see if that functions.

Also check out the radio. The steering rate might have gotten turned down to low. I have had this happen from my kids playing with stuff while they are hanging out with me.
