I got my Losi Desert truck today  All I have to say is WOW  The truck looks GREAT and takes jumps like a CHAMP. You can know nothing about jumping an RC and this truck will jump and land perfectly nearly ever time. I spent an entire battery pack launching it off my skate board ramp and it lands so flawlessly. The truck is incredibly balanced and other then adding some pre load to the springs the suspension is really nice. All I have done is bound my DX3r to it, add some more spring pre-load and slapped a 3300 6 cell in it.Conclusion....good bye stampede, Hello Losi desert truck -Mike |

Little too soft, went about 1/4" down on all 4 corners and this thing handles amazing. Would liek to get some pin tires for it soon, but im saving for some upgrades on the 5B... Anyways, this was one of the best RC vehciles I have owned only beacuse of its simplicity and how well it works. I also upgraded the steering servo to my stock raminator ones, 30oz more tq and .01 seconds faster. Every little bit helps! Stock is more than fine though! |

i finally had chance to do a few mods mamba max /4600 kv 2 cell lipo 27.5 wt oil in front shocks and 30wt in rear old school dye job on all of the gray plastic |

Stupid question but how does the suspension on this compare to the Speed-T? Trying to decide between buying one of these and slapping a brushless setup on it or buying the Speed-T.
