Jake @ JPH says basically the same thing. If you need the gimmicks to attempt success, you're doing it wrong.
Treat every customer like a loyal regular the first time every time and you'll be far better off.

Discreet packaging, I got an ear full the last time I wasn't fast enough to get the mail, and she seen that darned RPP HOBBY tape.

Don't change a thing, I like that I didn't have to buy a membership to get discounts from your store......cough! cough! tower! cough....ahem....

I also like the fact that you guys are located in the west, I've made orders from tower, and have had half my order processed through the east location, which isn't horrible, but when you get your odds, and ends first, and then spend the next 8 days waiting for an ESC, and a servo, which was shipped around the great lakes, trust me it gets boring fast.....

thank you RPP for being so awesome. I have tossed alot of cash your way and been happy to do it.

Unlike some other places your website is easy to use and frustration free and then you have killer shipping speed on top of that.

I dont know the whole story with corey (saw that he was in an accident some time ago), but i do hope he is doing well and makes a speedy recovery.

I've emailed info at gearhead and Jim at rpp and got no answer for the past few days. Figured this is my next best shot. I lost the set screw and brass sleeve for my prolink (I bought it like 8 days before the sale prices too sadly. I'm always a few days early for all the sales I swear) Anyways is there anyway I can get some replacements? I'll gladly pay for them if I have too but I haven't been able to set up my winch for the past 3 or 4 days now with no reply. Please help meeee!! I've always had beyond excellent service from rpp so i have nothing negative to say but even if the response is to tell me to wait for a bit or what not would be nice. I haven't gotten any kind of response at all

Regarding the Gear Head RC 2.2 BTR TT Beadlock Wheels, do you happen to know if Vanquish OMF/Method rings will fit? Both are 24 bolt. Thank you.
