Just wanted to put up a quick post. I ordered a decent sized order last Thursday from RPP for the first time and used the free standard shipping. I'd say within 2 hours the shipment was marked as shipped. Dang!

Not only was it fast processing, they shipped it USPS priority. It got from CA to FL in two days flat.

I couldn't believe it when USPS knocked for the signature. Fast service, everything was perfect. Thank you!!!

I placed four orders with RPP in December totaling around $540 thanks in part to your holiday deals, but mostly because of your free shipping. The first three orders were great. They shipped right away and arrived within days which is very impressive during the super busy holiday rush. The last order, totaling over $400, always shipped very quickly, but when it arrived the box was out of square and there was a bulge on the one side which, to me, looked like something too large was stuffed in a box that was too small. This is what I found when I opened it. The $140 Vanquish axle was stuffed in a box that is too small for it. It's simply unacceptable to ship items without protection. This is especially true when it's a $400+ order. Thankfully the axle seems to be fine, but this should not happen again.

Also, please stop using packing peanuts and find something with less mess and more protection for the items that you ship!

Box looks adequate in size... just appears that the axle "settled" down in the bottom. Insulated in bubble-wrap or packing paper, appears it could've gone into the same box without the vulnerability. Also hate the peanuts. Love the Christmas Gearhead stickers, RPP!
