Just got in a few sets of these from Hot Racing to see how they look. I have to say they are pretty nice and a great price too. Also the white lettering on the rings is not engraved on its just painted on. So I am pretty sure it can be removed as I have seen some others have done that. These are for 2.2 Price 88.00 for 4 Click here to order ----> ![]() Last edited by Rpp Hobby; 01-04-2008 at 10:19 AM.

Hmmm, I think those outer rings they provide are a bit plain. They need some spiffy-ing up.............oh Pyro That is a pretty good price for a set of aluminum locks.

Is there a hub cap that use the 5 holes in the middle ? At least, it would be nice to get some hex screws to fill those holes... not a hub cap fan... I'm interrested in a set.

I just put a pair on my AX-10 and they are pretty nice. the off-set is flush with the wheel hex so on the AX-10 you gain about 1/2 an inch of track width. I did find that you need to be careful when tightening down the inner rings so they don't bend or use the axial rings which are harder. Well worth the money!

Will these keep the track width under 12.5 when used on clod axles.

The outer rings will not work because of the 10 hole pattern, but the inner rings are the same pattern as the Axial rings they just need to be drilled out a bit so that the larger HR hardware can be installed. the Axial rings are much more ridged than the HR inner rings and will not bend or warp when installing.
