| scale trail signs
im building a series of scaler trails around my 2 1/2 acres. and i love the signs used at msd comp. thanks gman! what i used.. 2 sheets of styrene .060 1/2inx1/2inx36in oak hardwood square sticks from home depot,stained dark. yellow sticker vinyl(got from buddy) cut the wood into 1ft sections. stained. laid out the signs 3x3 on styrene. this is what it will yield carefully laid cut signs onto yellow vinyl. painted backs of signs w brown primer and... HAPPY TRAILS! |

thanks!! just passing along helpful info. the scaler bug has biten me! i like comps,but scale running is more fun! going to get label maker and do the trail names. |

the signs look good i put a 60 degree cut on the ends of sticks to get them in the ground easier. paint the backs silver to look like the alum. on real signs. later g |
