Same tires "thumbsup" I think once this one is done,the next ones will be framed out in square brass tube and use brass sheet for the panels,make it off road worthy and may incorporate a pop up tent(something I already have drawing started on ) |

Love how you made your own c channel out of styrene for the frame.What thickness did you use on the frame and the main box? I hopefully will be seeing detailed pics of the military 2 ton bantam trailer for the bigger builds.Dont forget to install tie down hooks for straps and bungy cords. |

The wood effect turned out great,I'm still trying to wrap my head around the easiest way to do an axle cheap so I can make multiple style trailers. |

I first press in the 3 bushings on one side of the tube (breakline) It may help to use another hub to alaign those bushings when pressing in. Then put one of the moddified hubs into the tube and the other one too but in opposite direction ofcourse , then press again 3 bushing on the oter side of the tube ... The tube is now closed with bushing and has two hubs inside ... After this you have to shake (?) the tube a little to let the hub-thread come out, pull it out further. Instal the hex-pin, hex and finally the rim. Hope this helps. |
