| TOP SECRET: Scale Fire Extinguisher
For those guys waiting for your FE5 extinguishers - the epoxy is drying as you read this! ...but wanted to update you (and others) on a new design suggested by a member of RCC. The Halon extinguisher system. He sent me a pic so here's what I've been secretly working on. Still have some major detailing to do but you'll get a "rough" idea of the finished product. I just threw together the label and pressure gauge (will be fixed), and the cap piece will look different when it's done. Hope you like. and feel free to comment too. Always looking for new ideas or suggestions on making things look better. On the right is the original photo image with the scale mockup version on the left. The pic is on my iPhone for scale. Mock up Version FINISHED VERSION Another idea of its scale size - it's only 1.5 inches tall. Here's the additional FE5 (1.5 inch) lineup: FE5 (traditional) FE5 (hosed) FE5p (in black) __________________________________________________ _________ A few pics of supplied rigs. Thanks guys! and a few mounting ideas. I'm currently not taking any new orders. I want to get the ones people have requested done first and get them taken care of as quickly as possible. Sweden / Hong Kong - they are rounding their final touches. Last edited by FodigoDave; 12-14-2009 at 10:46 AM. Reason: updated |

Here's a couple more. As soon as Corey gets in the Honcho - the halon extinguisher system (below) will be built around it. |

Hey Mike!!! Yea - I've been hybernating with all this cold weather. Like your avitar (LOL). I'm developing some new stuff as I progress. Up to a version 6 now. If you want me to update your extinguisher - just let me know. I'll do it for free and send it back to you. Not that your version doesn't already look pretty bitchen. Thanks Duncan. You'l never guess how many hours just that one took me. (14). Of course - that was only because things ran smoothly (LOL). | |

| FE update 9/11
Hi guys. Supeisingly, I've been recently getting a lot of inquiries about these. I did stop making them. I know, sad huh? They are sweet. It's my time schedule can't allow it just yet. I may start back up with making a "few" next year. It takes so long to make just one (to perfection of course). I'll let you guys know when I'm back to it. But I know I'll still get letters of persuasion and that's cool. I still like gettig them Thanks again for your good words and so many votes of encouragement! It's greatly appreciated. Cheers-- Last edited by FodigoDave; 09-12-2011 at 03:28 AM. |
