I posted this in my build thread in the Wraith forum but thought i'd put it here so more people could see it and possibly use it. Easy way to make scale dimple die'd holes is panels. Take the counter sunk spacer from an axial kit, a counter sunk screw and back it with a nut. Bingo you have dimple die's. |

how thick of material have you used it on?

The one in the photo is roof flashing. I have used it on thicker but it was a little harder to turn once the screw started to bottom out.

Great idea, another one is a flaring tool for tubing. It is easier on thicker material and comes for different sized holes. 345 Flaring Tool - RIDGID Professional Tools |
