Finally finished my military style trailer for the Unimog...will be adding little details but I am really happy with it. |

Wow! that thing looks spot on! nice detail work, I would vote for a pintle hook and ring from RC4WD, I bought a set for my bronco and they just cant be beat for scale looks and functionality plus if you put the pintle part of the hitch on the trailer instead of your rig then all you need to add to any future bumpers is a ring to attatch it to and youre good to go. I have been pulling my trailer thru some baaaaad spots, bad enough to break the trailer a couple times but the hitch is still in great shape with no signs of wear and they are on sale at RPP!!!

That Trailer looks great I agree with the pintle as well. Can you deliver fire wood to my house since you are splittling it?

That looks great, now you get to build a scale log spiltter..... IIRC ive seen 1 1/2" 6v micro actuators.
