Default Ty's Tow Ropes

I started making this in 2008 out of necessity. After seeing the countless shoe string straps that people are using break all the time I decided everyone needs one of these.

These are made out of Parachute cord and sewn together with heavy duty thread. The thread is then covered with shrink tube to keep it from coming apart and taking years of abuse!
Here is one from 2008

Which I still have today

Here is another one I have had since 2010 that still gets used frequently.

These add a great scale touch, but with function capable of taking a beating!

And they are available here:

The screw driver is the ultimate blue star.

Everyone's stars are mounted from the back with screws... Without a screwdriver... No one would have stars.

.... and hidden under every Red star is a Blue star !

Sorry for digging up an old thread but I was just wondering how the loop was terminated before the heat shrink was applied!

Was it tied off or just looped and then heat shrunk?

first post says they are sewn together with heavy duty thread and then heatshrinked. ;)

theyre very tough. ive used one to hook to a sled for a ttc sledpull behind a pretty burly rig, and it held up fine.

No worries and thanks for the help. I still make these and have extended the color line with red, black and white.

Thumbs up Re: Ty's Tow Ropes

Awesome tow straps Ty. Cool info about the screwdriver too. Learn something new every day.
