Default $10 Roof Rack

I bought two of the $5 proline roof racks and simply cut the center out of one and mounted it to the top of the other. 20 mins later and DONE.

And one with the spare before the back gets cut out for the roll cage.

That looks pretty good. Really good for 10$. I would take a little off the bottom though, so that it doesn't sit so high.

AWESOME IDEA ... I would also up two uprights on each of the ends, between the top & bottom bars and you'll have yourself a WINNER!!!

nice man, why not just cut the legs off and lay the rack right onto the roof?

Looks good Wild. "Great minds think alike" haha

Sleek6 I was thinking it looked a little tall too, I think I might just cut them down about half. I would still like just a smidge of clearance between.

I am going to do a roll cage like a stock Wrangler out of brass here soon, I picked the brass up yesterday. So I will need to mount it a little different anyways.
