| Shifter boot Check out a DuraTrax Carburetor Slide Dust Cover G-27CX. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXLDJ0&P=Z It's about a .5" tall and wide. Similar dust covers could be used from other motor mfg's. |

Sweet For gear shifter boot, i use the rubber that’s on the end off bicycle brake wires. Used it as a rubber boot for some shocks as well. They are a bit stiff, so they can cause the shocks to be a bit slow in action (hope my spellings ok). Shocks: |

You could also use the shock boot from a Thunder tiger 1/8 buggy or the drive shaft boots made by Sportswerks.
