Great work on the emblems Stefan! Chevy emblems would be nice for us guys with the Clodbuster body and the generic grille. Last edited by kona_joe; 06-01-2007 at 12:48 PM. |

Hi, If it is so difficult to get a good picture of the silverado emblem, I will try now to make the chevy emblems with the pics I have. I have a good pic of the Blazer K5 emblem and I can work with it to get the correct type design. I will make a set for the silverado 30 (fender emblems, front chevy logo, tailgate chevrolet emblem) and a set for the Blazer K5 (fender emblems, front chevy logo, tailgate chevrolet emblem). Is this OK for you chevy owners? Stefan |

I found them on a website selling GM parts... classicindustries.com In your pic the top emblem is from a 73 - 80 & the lower from 81 - 91 but I'm sure you know that. Last edited by kona_joe; 06-15-2007 at 11:50 AM. |

Hi, chrevrolet emblems are ready. I've made a blazer K5 set and a silverado 30 set. Same as the other emlem sets – each set inkludes the double number of emblems you need for 1 body. The 3D looking "sun" logo of the fender emblem is not possible to etch, so I had to make it without 3D look. Measurements: fender emblems (K5/silverado) width 25 mm / height 13 mm, Chevy Logo width 20 mm / height 7 mm, Chevrolet tailgate width 43 mm / height 6 mm. The chevrolet emblems are bigger than the others I've made till yet. For my price calculation I have to look how much emblems I get out of one etching sheet ... so these emblems are a bit more expensive. Set includes raw emblems: (4) Blazer K5 or Silverado 30, (2) Chevrolet Logos, (2) Chevrolet tailgate emblems Price: 14,50 EUR (19,50 USD) Shipping to US (only emblems, max. 50 grams) in a registered letter is 5,-- EUR (6,80 USD) If you want to order, please send me pm. (When I find some time, I will add the emblems to my website too) Stefan Last edited by scaleoffroad; 06-19-2007 at 03:13 AM. |

Hi, for fixing them I use 2 components epoxy resin glue. This works very well with hart plastic bodys and with my fibreglass XJ. But I'm not sure what is the best glue for fixing them on lexan bodys ... better you make a test glueing. Every set includes the double numbers of emblems ... if you loose one you have some replacement. Stefan |
