Not sure what to build for this. We're coming from Ohio, just finished our first comp at the Pa event, which was EPIC!!! Just want to know what to expect. Also, any water on these courses?

The King of the Peaks will be ran on saturday afternoon following class 2. Our intention is for this to compliment the standard three SORRCA classes. So there is no need to build a special rig for this portion of the event, but you are more than welcome to. We are in the high desert so there will be no water, unless it rains A LOT. They did this last year at NWSC and it was awesome. Tim has some great ideas to make it even better for this event. It will be around a 200 gate ultra 4 style course with a staggered shotgun start (1.9 first then 2.2's). Must clear all gates fastest time in each class wins. We see this a good way to get everyone more drive time and just have fun. I will try to get official rules and details up soon.

Is this going to be like a G6, or are people just going to HOG their rigs? Interested to see what the details will be.

This will be like a G6, no HOG. I'll post details soon. I will tell you that you'll need a few batteries

I've done a few G6's, so I'm good with carrying a few extra batteries. Just can't keep up with the young bucks running all the time. LOL

I'm shooting for 1 1/2 hours for the fastest guys but there are always those jokers that finish in 35-40 minutes no matter how long it is.
