you should have brought the axial artr. its close enough, lol. one guy had a stock venom...

Vasquez looks like an awesome scale spot! I got to get down there and run with your guys one of these days.

VERY custom. based on the hilux body shell. LOTS of work though.

thanks for the link to the 4runner build. only just now noticed you also linked it.

if you can make it sometime you'll really enjoy it. however, you're a bit north of SF arent you? If so you should hook up with the NorCal guys as they hit a place called "the bean" which is just north of Santa Cruz but is very much like vasquez from what I've been told. Actually, it was pigeonfarmboy that told me that, and its his video here. official name is bean hollow state Beach. Here's a video of a scale gtg there.

ya an hour north of SF, next time im down south i will PM you, you guys have some great scalers down there

as far as the Bean goes, I'm quite familiar with the spot:

let me know if and when you come down. we'll make sure we get a group to go. not hard considering we go almost every sunday, lol. difuser came down from seattle last november and had a blast.

those rigs look great all lined up like that going down the trail.
they transision well from ledge to ledge also, thinking about getting rid of my leaf springs, my springs still new, not broke in enough

be patient and keep breaking them in. Get your truck to do lots of terrain that twists the chassis, like dropping off ledges at an angle (practice doing that without rolling the truck, lol).
4RUNN1's white 4runner has front leafs and SebringMGB's Hellux (not in this video-he moved back to Seattle. we'll miss him) is fully leafed and articulates like a linked truck.
