Looks good I'm about to start building a wreckluse too. Do you mind me asking what kind of lights you have mounted on the hood?

Thanks a bunch!

The light buckets on the hood are from pro-line. The Pro-line light bar kit has two individual buckets. I just drilled a little hole on the back and inserted the LED. The bucket is glued to the hood with Shoe-Goo. It hasn't come off yet.

I wish i could remember where i got the LED kit from. I know it has settings for different patterns of strobing. The strobing LEDs i placed on the front bumper.

Im running the 3-Link setup. I tried to keep as many axial parts as possible.

I did however change the length of the upper and lower links. This allowed me to get a good angle for the drive shaft as well as give me the clearance i needed for the rear steering servo.

Very confusing, the "Y" link is considered a 3-link as far as the suspension goes.

From Xtreme RC cars RC 411:

Four or Three?
The AX-10's suspension looks like a 4-link but is actually a 3-link setup that uses four anodized aluminum rods to attach each axle to the main chassis. The lower links are standard fare, but the upper links are oriented in an A-arm-type position, with a single centered pivot point for each axle end. This single pivot point actually gives the axles an abundant amount of articulation, allowing the axle assemblies to rotate to match the terrain. Every suspension joint rotates on captured balls for bind-free freedom of movement.

Hey, I did some research and found the brand of light kit I installed...

It's called "Yeah Racing Dark Drifter LED Light Kit #LK-0002".

Here is the link so you can check out the video demo of the strobing patterns.

http://www.tcscrawlers.com/Yeah-Raci...2-p-16809.html

It has 4 "solid on" slots, meaning LEDs stay on all the time
and 2 "flashing" slots meaning the LEDs flash in different patterns.

Each slot is for 2 LEDs so you can have a total of 12 LED's on your truck.

I opted for just for 8. 4 flashing on bumper, 2 solid white for hood, and 2 solid red for rear lights. Eventually I will add some blues or yellows or maybe more red in the interior with the driver, not sure yet.

BTW the it goes for $22.50 with 4 sets of pre-wired LEDS (white, red, blue, and yellow).

Thanks, the lights and the bobbing head are much fun to watch.

Rear steer works for me.

I like to keep things simple, so i chose it over a dig unit.

It's also fun to do the crab walk.

Thanks! A short video of the Bronco running in the snow will be posted up soon.

I say short video because my speed controller started whacking out minutes after getting wet with the snow.

Needless to say "play time was over"...

if i only waterproofed the ESC.

Here are some more pics and a video...

Thanks! Was thinking about them but they are slightly shorter in diameter than the Roc Lox. Now im thinking about RC4WD's Mickey Thompson tire.

Thanks! The wreckluse is pretty straight, you are correct though the way the picture was taken makes it look odd. I was using the macro feature and hovering over the truck as best as i could. lol
