Default Colorado TTC Series Video: Thornton Event

Just finished this up. I'm not super stoked about how the slo-mo quality came out but I learned a few things I will try with my camera at the next event.

Overall I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, hope you like it.

Awesome video looks like Mad fun with some sick rig's. I'm still gonna try and make it out there for one of these events in August. And one last thing who's JK truggy is that I'd like to check the build topic on that.

Thanks Aron, it really is a good time! The JK truggy is Rodney's (RPMJ).

It would be good to see you out again. The Yota made for some good footage. Thanks.

And you mine Rodney. Thanks, I had to cut some footage I wanted to keep in order to upload it in the higher quality. But I think it's still pretty good. I have learned some things about my camera that should allow me to capture clearer slo-mo footage of your rig creating water fountains.

I upgraded my Vimeo account last night and replaced the video so you can see it in HD.
It looks much better now.

Thanks, I put my ESC and RX in boxes and seal them up with RTV. I don't do anything to my servos except RTV where the wires come out but I lost one recently so I may start packing the output with grease to help keep water out.

Thanks, the first some is an independent artist I found but I got so tired of searching I decided to use something more mainstream. The beat of Judas Priest and Motorhead seemed to fit the pace of the trucks. I'd love to see Motorhead live.

I was uploading the HD version on a slow connection yesterday so it was tied up most of the day but it should have been working fine by last night. I don't want to put it on Youtube because they will likely just pull the soundtrack like they do to most of my videos. I hate Youtube, it so corporate now.
I can upload a low res version tonight and see if that helps.

Thanks. We all laughed at the spare tire, it actually made it down the course faster than Turtle's truck did.

Griz I am still getting the "oops, something broke" message. Tried to watch it yesterday, lastnight, and today.

Hmmmm. The embed works for me and it works when I click the link. Are you using a phone or a computer?

Let me get a lower res mp4 version uploaded tonight and we will see if that works. Maybe because it is m2t format? I'm not really sure what's going on.
