Default Alternative plans for SUNDAY 1/16

Since the Spartanburg comp is canceled we are going to get together for some more practice and just have some free crawling. Easleycrawler and myself were talking about trying out Neal Shoals that none of us have been to before. Some of the NC guys have been there and confirmed that it is a great location. According to Google it is right at 2 hrs from Clemson/Easley and 1.5 hrs from Columbia. Google is usually off by around 20 minutes from what I've found.

Post here if you're interested in joining in. If you have a better idea post that too. The pictures of this place can be found here...

Searching Google Maps pays off once again!

The GPS coordinates are: 34.665194,-81.446199 if you wanna look on Google to see how far it is for you.

SWEET! Good to hear Derrick!

What time works? Would 1pm be too late? I'm thinking it would warm up a little by that time. I'm gonna drive by tomorrow morning on my way to Asheville. If it's frozen over or something I'll post up as soon as I know. If it's a no go I'd be up for Falls Park again.

Haha. I actually laughed out loud for that response. I think it might be the fact that I'm fatigued. Anyways, wanna give me a ride? My mind is too frazzled for finding a new location these days.

Well if I was in Sumter that wouldn't be a problem, but I'll be in Asheville until Sunday morning and will obviously go straight to the spot rather than coming back to Sumter.

Well its a good thing we're going on Sunday...you'll be off! What's taking so long to wire up the ESC's? I'd have them bad boy up and running 30 minutes after they arrived!

Edit: Bring em with you and we'll solder everything up in the woods!

I'd love to be able to do that, but my 4PL isn't back yet. Hopefully Monday. Can you shoot me a set up sheet for them

Yea I did. Super will cost to damn much to build. You can pick a Sportsman rig up dirt cheap off Craigslist and bash the hell out of it. Craig is trying to get me to go to the Scale Nats in Montanna. So we'll see
