You need to cut them apart and add 6 lugs

There is only one size plowboy. You needed to order 3 sets, 6 tires and cut them apart and glue them back together so they fit.

Nova makes a nice cut and shut tire!

If funds are low or you need them ASAP then with a little patience and a lot of CA glue, you can make them yourself. The Plowboy, as sold by Panther, is made for a 2.2 rim and, as it was said earlier, you'll need 6 tires to make 4 that will fit on those 115mm rims. Cut one of the tires across the tread (I followed the zig zag pattern and my cut was in front of one of the lugs and behind the other). Then add a total of 8 lugs from one of the spare tires to the recently cut tire. I like to spot glue the tire first to make sure everything is aligned properly. Then I come back and glue the entire seam. In the end, it should look like this:

You can see the seams in this picture.

I'm sorry to say but i have to correct you Jeremy

The plowboys are available in 2.2 and 3,2 inch wheel sizes, the 3,2 ones are used for supers and in most cases when used on a super, cut'n'shut with an added piece of tire.

But yeah you need to buy more tires

Ahh.....good catch. Yeah, I was thinking of the Cobras. That is the tire available in 2.2. I've made a set of tires from each, so it's hard to remember.
