Well, took her out today for her first run. Seems to handle ok but after about 6 or 7 minutes the front ecs gave up. No foward or brake but has reverse. Had to get some replacement esc's so I can get her tuned.

Default Update

Well I kind of forgot about this thread.
I installed Homles BR-Xl's before Red Rocks. Went out there and came back with dead last. Had a absolute blast running the super. Then took it to Crawl-a-palooza and almost pulled off a win. Had to seattle for second, but there was only a handful of super to compete against.
So it has been sitting in the corner since then so I deceided to get it out and do some work to it. I want to try to get some castor into the front end, but didn't want to make or change my TI links. This is what I came up with. I got the idea from D-lux's build.
Started to measure up some parts to see if ti would work on a super.

Next I put the tube in the chop saw.

Then chucked it up end the lathe. Now I am no machinest, and I'm using Harbor Freight calipers. So I hope my measurements seam to make since. Also make sure to measure your knuckles before doing any work. Tuned the tube down to .522" and the total tube length of 4.615". The sholder is .465"

I think that 15 degrees will do for the front. I still have to set the angle and drill and tap the set scwers.

I will try to get the first tube finished up and the other side done tomorrow. I also need to clearance the knuckles.
Thanks for looking. Also post up any opinions.

Nice work. Have you clocked the tubes as well?

The tubes are not clocked. I didn't want to do that as I would have to redo links and my servo mount.
