Your about 11" to long. You want to be at 18" wheelbase or a little under. The trend these days is the shocks on the axles and at the end of the chassis. Width is usually between 13"-14" from outside of tire to outside of tire. With tires between 7.5"-8" tall.

The tires are just for setup. I will have 9-10" tires on it. My wheelbase is just right for what I want to do with it. I have nowhere to compete so I have no restrictions.

I didn't ask about dimensions I asked how everyone is setting up their suspension.

Very creative. I do think the links are too long and theres too much articulation. Try making the links shorter and limit the flex or the tires will control the vehicle instead of the other way around. I have something similar with rok loks and i find 17.25 to be real nice. Im not sure where you will get 10" tires...but one thing i have learned with big tires is that you dont need the rig so tall. Any natural line you take will keep you way up out of the rocks. Ill be watching and expect some nice action video.

I'll be building my own carbon fiber wheels and splicing tires together. Most of my crawling will be downfall trees instead of rocks that's why I'm building it the way I am. I can limit the articulation by cranking the spring down. In fact I can get it stiff enough to where it won't articulate much at all.
