I am putting the wheel base at 18 inchs. i still need to weld some more stuff on, I am going to be using 40 series moabs for the tires. I have never built a clod just tlt1 so any comments will help. Prolly a tad long, but should do pretty well! Also that tuber should be really nice. Man you know, thats one thing I have never had. A tuber.. Weeeell not a TUBER but does the stealth count as a FRAMER? Haha I donno but that should be a nice build man. |

i was making links today and when i went to tap the aluminum i snapped the tap. i threw a wrench through the wall. . I am going to have to try again. Are the revo push rods or turnbuckles to short? I want my wheelbase 18 to 20 havent decieded yet. I would put a sleeve over the turnbuckels. thanks

chase, my links are about 6 1/4" eye to eye and it gives me an 18" wheel base, of course that will depend on your frame size also. |

I got a surprize visit from the mail man. He had my shocks. Is this too much flex? I am going to change the look of the chassis a little make it look more like a vehicle. thanks. |

I like it ...I still think a longer wheelbase ...since the chassis is long, all depends on how it will look with the body too .

If money is not an issue 2 esc's would be best how much ground clearance do you have at the belly? What radio you use will also determine your esc option.Very well done on your first tuber.

Its 5 1/2 its pretty tall that is what i am worried about. What do you think? Whats the best way to limit the flex? I am probably going to be getting a dx6 not sure though. hopefully I can spend all of president bush's economy booster on the crawler. thanks
